We are passionate about helping you learn and grow as a Speech Language Pathologist.

The Mentorship Collective was founded by Hylan Noble Landthorn and Nikki Rosner Jacobs, both speech and language pathologists with over 24+ years of combined experience. They are the proud owners of WordsMyWay, a speech and language therapy practice that provides engaging, play-based, child-led sessions tailored to each child's unique needs.

Throughout their careers they have mentored and managed other SLP’s through clinical fellowships and within daily practice. They are both passionate about nurturing the careers of future SLP’s.

This passion led to the founding of The Mentorship Collective, a Program that leads new SLP clinicians through their fellowships with experience, critical thinking, ethical communication, professionalism, and collaboration, ready to embark on a fulfilling career in this rewarding field.
